Productive day of learning! 📚

Today I completed training on the new OneHome client portal that’s replacing the current Matrix client experience. Starting tomorrow, clients receiving listings through Keystone Matrix will notice some exciting changes. I’m already getting everything set up so the transition is smooth and my clients can make the most of the new features.

I also completed the RESA-Certified Staging Advocate (RESA-CSA) certification course. Over three hours of valuable training focused on how strategic home presentation can help sellers make a stronger first impression and maximize their home’s appeal.

Real estate is constantly evolving, and I believe my clients deserve an agent who continues to learn, adapt, and stay ahead of industry changes.
