Coming Tomorrow: The New OneHome Client Portal

If you’re currently receiving listing alerts through Keystone Matrix, you’ll notice a change beginning tomorrow.

The Winnipeg Regional Real Estate Board is launching OneHome, an updated client portal that will gradually replace the current Matrix client portal experience and eventually the GoAgent app.

What Does This Mean for Buyers?

The good news is that the way you receive listings from your REALTOR® isn’t changing.

You’ll still receive property recommendations and listing alerts based on your search criteria. The biggest difference is that you’ll be viewing and organizing those listings through the new OneHome platform.

Think of OneHome as the next generation of the Matrix client portal—same purpose, updated design, and enhanced features.

What Is OneHome?

OneHome is a secure portal connected directly to the MLS® system. It allows buyers to:

View listings shared by their REALTOR®
Save favourite properties
Organize and compare homes
Track listing activity
Communicate more effectively about properties of interest

Everything remains connected to the MLS® data your REALTOR® provides.

Do I Need to Do Anything?

For most clients, yes. You will need to sign in to your portal with your own password to receive all the new gadgets available. Otherwise you will have the same functions as you had with the already known KeystoneMatrix Portal.

If you’re already set up on a Matrix search, you’ll begin seeing invitations and notifications related to OneHome as the rollout occurs.

As with any technology update, there may be a short adjustment period while everyone becomes familiar with the new layout and features.

Why the Change?

Technology continues to evolve, and OneHome is designed to provide a more modern and mobile-friendly experience for buyers.

The goal is to make it easier to search, save, and manage properties while keeping everything connected to the MLS® system and your REALTOR®.
